Terms of Service

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses MaintenanceUp.

Using MaintenanceUp

MaintenanceUp is a platform for companies and contractors to manage maintenance work. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Workspaces and roles

Accounts belong to a company or contractor workspace. Administrators decide who is invited and what each person can do. If you are invited to a workspace, you agree to use it only for that organisation's work.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data you add. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, and to share it with the other workspace members and counterparties you choose to work with, such as a contractor assigned to a job.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including documents, photos and certificates.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other workspaces' data, no interfering with the platform, and no uploading of malicious files.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time.

Liability

MaintenanceUp records and routes work, approvals and spend, but the commercial relationship between a company and its contractors is between them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Questions? Use the Support page inside your workspace and we will get back to you.
